5) All spray guns will be tested with water for quality check before packed & will be packed safely. We guarantee all the sent spray guns are good in quality & atomization. Reputation is our life; yr satisfaction is what we pursue.
6) All goods have 1 year quality guarantee, maintenance for whole life. After 1 year, spare parts will be sold to buyer in cost rate. Within 1 year, if the gun is broken or have quality problem, pls return the gun to me & I'll check & replace u with a new gun, pls bear the freight when u return it & I'll bear the freight when I send u.
7) For express freight, now ‘UPS Worldwide Expedited’ offers 45% off discount, for expensive goods like ours we suggest using express rather than Post Air Parcel which will get lost sometimes.
8) When u receive the parcel, pls check the appearance first before u sign, u have the right to refuse receipt if u find the package is broken. If u sign & after find the goods broken in package, it's difficult to ask the express co to refund & we aren't responsible for the lose.
